Pay-as-you-go

Server Monitoring

We can monitor your server/s using a unique software program which sends information reports to us every 15 minutes 24/7 (broadband connection required). Help tackle issues before they arise and cause bigger problems. Any work required would be quoted for and carried out with your prior permission.

Telephone / Remote support*

This package includes unlimited telephone support including remote users, remote network/server administration and remote support of clients PC’s (Broadband required). Preventative maintenance and onsite visits charged at a discounted hourly rate (No call out charge). Contractual Support*

This package offers various levels of the following: Guaranteed priority for response, 8hr max call out if required. unlimited telephone support including remote sites /users, proactive and reactive support, remote network /server administration (Broadband required), daily preventative maintenance, remote support to clients PC’s (Broadband required). No hourly charge/call out for maintenance work, discounted hourly rate for non-maintenance work, facility to add other equipment inc. mobile smart phones and tablets.
