We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician to work from our base on the outskirts of Leeds.
The role is to provide Technical Support and Services to external clients remotely and on site. Consisting of technical support, systems installation, monitoring and maintenance. You will report to the Technical Director to ensure that the clients IT service requirements are met. You will be a motivated team player who is willing to go the extra mile to complete the tasks set before them. Initiative and common sense are vital due to the varying demands of the role. A friendly and patient telephone manner is also necessary.
You will need strong all-round support skills, predominantly supporting Windows server platforms from 2003/2008/2012 and including some 2016. You will need strong administration skills in Exchange (Exchange 2007/2010/2013 – (beneficial if you have any 2016 experience) and Active Directory.
If you have MCP (or higher) qualifications then great but don’t worry if not we would encourage you to train and gain qualifications.

As an IT Support engineer, you should have the following:
Flexibility required for occasional out of hours or weekend work which will be compensated. Having a full, clean driving license is also essential.
